Michael Penn, Headteacher at Bridgnorth Endowed School, reflects on the significance of Trust-wide opportunities for a small school.
“The 3-18 Education Trust has created valuable opportunities for our staff to extend their impact beyond our own classrooms.
“Colleagues have taken on subject lead roles, run network groups and visited partner schools to offer support and challenge, while also receiving the same in return.
“For a small school, this reciprocal relationship has been especially significant, opening up leadership opportunities that might otherwise be limited and connecting our staff with a wider professional network.
“This collaboration has allowed us to share expertise, celebrate good practice, and continually improve teaching and learning across all Trust schools.”
