Here at the 3-18 Education Trust, we have created a pool of Trust Improvement Consultants, who are deployed within our schools to provide specialist support, advice and guidance.  Our Trust Improvement Consultants are deployed within our Trust schools, at the point of need, to deliver professional learning, staff meetings, or over longer periods of time, provide 1:1 support for associate staff, leaders, teachers or be part of ongoing work to address whole-school and whole-Trust priorities.
