Spotlight on apprentices at The 3-18 Education Trust

Our Trust apprentice stories

Each year as part of National Apprenticeship Week, we shine a spotlight on colleagues across our Trust who are building their skills, confidence and future careers through an apprenticeship.

Through 3-18 Inspiring Futures, our Trust’s professional learning and development offer, we enable staff to access fully funded professional qualifications, including apprenticeships.

This empowers colleagues to gain recognised qualifications while developing practical, real‑world experience.

From school business management and teaching assistants to facilities, finance and IT, explore our apprenticeship stories below.
