“At Lakelands, we are really enjoying and appreciating the collaboration, support, relationship building, and shared culture of continuous improvement across schools.”

“Joining The 3-18 Education Trust has had many benefits; one of the greatest being teacher collaboration and networking across schools.

“It has provided valuable professional support, particularly for teachers working in single-person departments.

“In addition, Trust-wide networks have provided access to specialist knowledge, experience and ideas.”

Lakelands Academy is a school at the heart of its community.

Our aim is to provide an outstanding educational experience for all our young people and to ensure they are prepared for further education and the world of work.

We genuinely believe in every one of them and set the highest of standards with aspirational targets.

We are determined to deliver excellence in all we do, challenging and inspiring every student to achieve, and to do this with a smile on their face.

The 3‑18 Education Trust is a Shropshire‑based Multi‑Academy Trust providing a high quality, aspirational education from early years through to post‑16.

Our Trust comprises fourteen schools bringing together a vibrant and diverse community of over 6,200 students, 900 teaching and support staff and 84 local committee members.

September 2026 marks ten years of The 3-18 Education Trust, from the founding schools of Priory and St Martins in 2016 to our growing Shropshire-wide community of schools today.

This year we celebrate Our Trust at 10 recognising ten years of collaboration, growth and shared ambition across our Trust and community of schools.
