Behaviour and Attitudes.
Review each school to discuss standards/concerns and ensure appropriate support is deployed
Purpose: To provide support and challenge in areas such as: Leadership, Curriculum, Behaviour and Attitudes.
Frequency: 3 times each term (more frequently for Attention Needed and Causing Concern schools)
Purpose: Validate improvements made and identify further improvements
Frequency: Annual, 1 day team visit (termly for Attention Needed/CC schools)
Purpose: To provide an objective assessment of a school’s performance, validate self-evaluation and offer tailored support.
Frequency: Annual, 1 day
Purpose: Audit compliance and best practices for safeguarding children
Frequency: Annual, 1 day visit
Purpose: For all staff to be developing/learning:
• Network development meetings
• Trust annual conference
• Online training courses
• NPQs and other external training
Frequency: When necessary
Purpose: Annual evaluation of the school against Ofsted criteria
Frequency: Annual
Purpose: Outline school’s key priorities and steps to ensure continuous improvement
Frequency: Annual plan/termly review
Purpose: To pool together live data on key areas, analyse the data and forward plan
Frequency: Half termly updates to be discussed in one-to-one meetings
Purpose: Short-term plan to address and improve serious weaknesses in schools.
Frequency: Weekly reviews in line meetings
Purpose: Evaluation of School Performance
Frequency: Termly
