Frequency: 3 times each term (more frequently for Attention Needed and CC schools)

 

School Reviews

Purpose: Validate improvements made and identify further improvements

Frequency: Annual, 1 day team visit (termly for Attention Needed/CC schools)

Purpose: to provide an objective assessment of a school’s performance, validate self-evaluation and offer tailored support.

Commissioned Safeguarding Review

Purpose: audit compliance and best practices for safeguarding children

Frequency: Annual, 1 day visit

 

Continuous Professional Learning

Purpose: For all staff to be developing/learning:

•         Network development meetings

•         Trust annual conference

•         Online training courses

•         NPQs and other external training

Frequency: When necessary

Purpose: To pool together live data on key areas, analyse the data and forward plan

Frequency: Half termly updates to be discussed in one-to-one meetings

 

Rapid Action Plan (for schools in red category)

Purpose: Short-term plan to address and improve serious weaknesses in schools.

Frequency: Weekly reviews in line meetings
