Trust Targets are set annually using an agreed ambitious formula, and data is collected centrally at the end of each term. Targets are raised for Pupil Premium-eligible children to ensure all schools have high expectations and work towards equity for this group. This data is reviewed in line with each school’s SDP and national comparative data, if available. Pupil outcomes are discussed at regular line meetings. At the end of each half term, an Educational Directors Review Meeting takes place to discuss each school’s progress, and any required trust support.
At the end of each term, the Executive Review meeting allows headteachers to review their SDP and KPI Dashboard explaining current outcomes and progress towards targets. The CEO, Deputy CEO and any other relevant members of the School Improvement Team (e.g. Team leaders and the Inclusion Director) will attend this meeting.
