Developing our community
Our Trust is stronger, more resilient and better equipped to respond to opportunities and challenges when we channel the collective expertise of our staff. Throughout the year, we facilitate regular formal and informal opportunities for development, collaboration and best practice-sharing within our staff community.
Staff conference
Each November, we welcome teaching and support staff from across our schools to attend our annual staff conference. This event is a highlight of our Trust calendar and features an inspirational keynote, a wide selection of expert-led workshops and opportunities for colleagues to network.

Network groups
With over 25 topics from maths, PE, and EYFS to behaviour, attendance and Arbor, our staff-led network groups bring together colleagues from different schools to focus on an educational specialism. Each group meets regularly throughout the school year to work collaboratively on key projects, share resources and expertise, resulting in reduced workload and improved efficiencies. We also have a number of active networks for our support staff, including HR admin, school business management, and marketing.
Collaborative away days
Our annual Headteacher/Executive team away day is a valuable opportunity for our senior teams to build relationships and collaborate–outside of the usual scheduled meetings and projects.
