Celebrating the success of our Aspire Leadership Programme

In June, we proudly celebrated the final day of our Aspire Leadership Programme. This initiative brought together 25 dedicated individuals from across our Trust, all eager to develop and grow as leaders.

The final day of the programme was particularly inspiring, as each delegate presented their change management projects. These projects are already making a significant impact, driving real improvements across our schools. Collaboration has been at the heart of this programme, and we are excited to share these projects to benefit all our schools.

"After completing my NPQ couple of years ago, I wanted to equip my teaching and management practices with skills which will support me to drive change and improvement, not only in my own subject area, but across the whole school. The Aspire Programme has inspired me to become a better practitioner, both within my department and school. I am confident that with the skills I develop from the Aspire Programme, I will be able to drive change and implement in my respective school area."
