Tom has always been passionate about ensuring all young people have access to an excellent education. This is only achieved by the dedication, commitment and skill of the teachers they have. This role affords Tom the privilege of working with school leaders across the Trust in celebrating their achievements and supporting them in finding their “+1s” to further enhance their teaching practice.

Tom has worked at Thomas Adams School for over 15 years, gaining a wealth of experience on the way. As Deputy Headteacher of Quality of Education,  he is responsible for teaching and learning, quality assurance, CPD and curriculum development.
