Cal is in her 22nd year of teaching and has worked in a number of schools across the country, holding leaderships roles in both pastoral and curriculum areas. She returned to her home town of Shrewsbury in 2016 to take up Assistant Headship at Priory with oversight of student welfare and became Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for Quality of Education in 2020.
Cal’s passion for developing students’ learning and welfare has led her to develop links with other schools and work with external agencies to develop projects such as the town-wide Child Exploitation Project in 2019. Cal is excited to work with other leaders to continue to develop excellent Teaching and Learning across the Trust
