Liam has developed the PE curriculum at The Priory School by creating schemes of work and key curriculum documents. He is a middle leader and is keen to support other subject leaders to further develop their curriculum and documentation.
My primary role is head of Physical Education at the Priory School, Shrewsbury. I am currently finishing my NPQSL in the Autumn term.
I have a keen interest in teaching and learning, and curriculum development.
I have made the curriculum in PE ‘knowledge rich’, and I have ensured that it is both accessible and challenging to all.
I am also a planning coach at the Priory, where I play a role in delivering CPD and instructional coaching to staff.
I naturally have a keen interest in playing and viewing a variety of sports. I have a particular interest in rugby, captaining both Shrewsbury and Shropshire rugby.
I have a passion for the role the curriculum, and informal curriculum, can play in the development of pupils in our schools.
