Josh is the Senior Pastoral Support Worker at Thomas Adams School. He is able to support other pastoral leads in the trust to further develop pastoral departments. He is also able to share his knowledge and expertise in dealing with behaviour issues at secondary.
After many years in a pastoral role in a variety of school settings, I am keen to pass on my knowledge to others. I am always up for a challenge and would like to think that together we could work and create a plan which allows our students and staff to be the best version of themselves.
I am a Dad of 1, who has a real passionate for sport, specifically football where I manage Ellesmere Rangers. I enjoy spending time with my family at the weekends and getting out to do long runs.
I have a real passion for pastoral care and behaviour (using Arbor data where possible). I like to try different solutions to help and get the best outcome and would be happy to share this with other schools within the trust.
