Inclusion is a shared responsibility that involves all stakeholders, including staff, parents, pupils, and the wider community. We strive to create a culture of collaboration, where everyone plays a role in supporting each other.
We know that barriers can build up when any stakeholders don’t feel a sense of belonging within the community and as a Trust, we will continue to develop stronger links and deliver support where needed.
We believe that by highlighting the importance of Belonging at The 3-18 Education Trust, and building a charter which clearly supports schools and other key stakeholders in understanding their collective roles and responsibilities in the journey of our students, that we can move forward in our goal of creating communities where everyone can thrive, reach their full potential and achieve inclusion for all.
