Join us for an interactive session which will focus on what makes an effective TA within our classrooms.  We all know that TAs provide invaluable support to learners.  This session will provide you with the chance to self-assess your own practice and look for ways to develop your existing skills and knowledge.  The session will be research based, following advice from the EEF (Education Endowment Foundation).  Don’t miss this opportunity to collaborate with other Teaching Assistant colleagues from across the trust and develop our shared understanding of the different Teaching Assistant roles across the trust.
