This year’s Trust training package is focused on adaptive teaching and aims to develop pedagogy across the Trust, with a particular focus on disadvantaged pupils.
Teachers from across The 3-18 Education Trust’s schools will undertake training on how to run research based lesson studies (RBLS) on 6, 7 and 12 November 2024.
The training will be facilitated by Mark Burns FLPI, an award-winning teaching and leadership facilitator and co-author of three bestselling books including The Learning Imperative.
Claire Jones, Deputy CEO at The 3-18 Education Trust, said: “The aim is that RBLS will be the vehicle for us to drive forward pedagogy across the Trust, with a focus on adaptive teaching. We want to ensure that all our children feel empowered to reach their potential, including our most disadvantaged children.”
