Nick has over 15 years of experience in the education sector, working in various roles including teaching, pastoral lead, and Assistant Headteacher – student welfare. Nick has been the Deputy Safeguarding Lead at The Priory School for four years. His career has been dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Nick specialises in safeguarding, behaviour and attendance, with a strong background in developing and implementing policies to ensure student safety and wellbeing. His key skills include risk assessment, crisis management, strategic oversight and collaboration with external agencies to support at-risk students.
