Join us for this workshop, which will explore how and why we monitor, including a discussion around some of the challenges that monitoring has for middle leaders.  You will work with colleagues from other schools to share ideas and we will focus primarily on the following:

• Current models
• Effective monitoring
• Effective feedback (particularly when there are concerns)
• The impact of monitoring
